Introduced August 2010.  Maruti Suzuki India has introduced CNG operated version of Maruti Eeco that comes with 5 seater AC variant. This factory fitted CNG fuel system is claimed to be far better than retro fitted CNG kit in terms of fuel efficiency, power and driving experience and is also regarded a safer option than the latter kit. The CNG kit is loaded with advanced intelligent-Gas Port Injection (i-GPI) that promises more mileage and lower cost per kilometer. (Car Dekho) Engine: 1.2L, 1196cc, Aluminum engine with i-GPI (Intelligent Gas Port Injection) bi-fuel technology. Mileage in city - 15.5 km/kg. Mileage in country - 20.2 km/kg. Emissions: Bharat Stage IV compliant.
